To support this and our continuing commitment to quality workmanship they also attend continuous in-house training and development.

We aim to continually improve and we have invested in the latest mobile hand held technology to further facilitate the claims process.

We utilise digital photography and are happy to email these along with the quotation including all the relevant details in our report of the damage.

When works are complete one of the senior managers will visit the Insured to inspect the works and have a customer satisfaction form signed.
